Investors and stakeholders value visual clarity. Dry Excel spreadsheets and blurry photos from a foreman's phone are not as convincing as detailed video showing the building's growth dynamics. A high-quality drone video report increases trust in the developer and helps secure subsequent funding tranches faster. This is the transparency that is valued in Europe.

3. Orthophotomaps and Surveying

For precise measurements, we create orthophotomaps—ultra-detailed terrain maps with exact coordinate referencing. This allows engineers to overlay blueprints onto a real photo of the site and identify deviations down to the centimeter at early stages, when fixing them is still inexpensive.
